This is a zinger. Rick Warren laid out a long video message to his congregation on Sunday night where he DENIED equating gay relationships to incest. He said he NEVER did that. My previous post shows he equated gay MARRIAGE to incest. A very clever deception? Accident? Or blatant lies? You be the judge...

I thought that you agreed in the prior thread that he only equated same-sex marriage (different than all gay relationships) to a marriage between a brother and a sister (different than incest)? Are you going to answer my other questions on that thread?
IMHO Pastor Rick did not lie.
Ah very clever. In his previous clip he says he's "opposed to gay marriage" and compared it to incest. In THIS video he says the phrase "gay partnerships" to take the heat off his comparing gay marriages to incest. It's a twist of words that technically makes it not a lie but a very clever deception to make people think he never compared any type of gay relationship to incest. If I were a betting woman I'd double down on the fact that most Saddleback members will fall for this and believe he never compared any type of gay relationship (marriage included) to porn. One thing Rick is good at is marketing :)
Will you answer my questions?
What questions? You ask so many it's hard to keep up sometimes ;)
It's not my full time job you know :)
I understand that it's not your full time job. When you get a chance, how about answering just the first question I asked above?
I thought I've already said he made the comment about same sex marriage not same sex relationships in general.
Marriage between a brother and sister is different than all incest too, right? As long as you are now admitting that he did not "lie" no skin off my nose.
For the record, I don't think Pastor Rick is guilty of a "clever deception" either.
Not so much of a "zinger" when you actually look at it, huh?
